This page explains the information used by this website. Updated September 26, 2026.
The free Operations Check
Your eight answers, action-card notes, and optional time-burden inputs stay in the current page and clear when you reload or close it. The website does not send those answers to HOG or automatically attach them to an inquiry. The optional text download contains the plan you selected, relevant answers, and your action card. A time-burden figure uses only the numbers you enter; it is not measured savings or a revenue forecast. A conversation starter can be copied manually. The website does not automatically send that text to the inquiry form. Choose what to share with anyone else.
Downloaded worksheets
The PDF guide and Excel tracker do not require an email address or account. Information you put in those files stays in your copy. They do not sync to HOG. If you choose to discuss an example with us, remove customer details that we do not need.
Calling or making an inquiry
Phone links open your device's calling application. They do not submit the check. If you contact Lathen, the information you choose to provide is used to discuss and respond to your request.
If an inquiry form is available, it uses HubSpot and only loads when you choose to open it. Loading it connects your browser to HubSpot; its service may receive browser and network information and use cookies. The form also uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. That service can process browser and network information under Google's privacy policy and Terms of Service. This security service is separate from optional Google Analytics: opening the form can connect to Google even when analytics is off. Information you submit is sent to HOG's HubSpot account to handle your inquiry. You can call instead. A submitted inquiry does not confirm a meeting, deliver an email, or enroll you in ongoing marketing by itself. Any ongoing marketing choice should be shown separately.
If a scheduling link is available, it opens HubSpot's scheduling service in a new tab. Its page handles the information you enter and booking confirmation. See HubSpot's privacy policy.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off unless it is configured for this site and you choose “Allow analytics.” When available, Google Analytics measures page views and actions such as seeing a check, pricing or review section enter the viewport, choosing a primary start or review link, starting or completing check steps, selecting a problem or plan, opening, building or downloading an action card, exploring a package count, clicking downloads or inquiry links, form loading or failure, calling, opening scheduling, or successfully submitting an embedded inquiry. A click to the separate secure form is not counted as a completed inquiry. It does not receive your name, email, phone number, free-text inquiry, action-card text, time-burden inputs, or individual check answers from this website's measurement code.
Only predefined campaign labels are included. The measurement code removes query strings and page fragments from page URLs. Analytics can use cookies and browser/network information to measure usage. You can keep analytics off and still use every free tool. Change your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer when that option is available. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days; declining stops this site's analytics events. It does not delete information already received by Google. See Google's privacy policy.
Website delivery
A website hosting provider processes ordinary request information, such as an IP address, requested file, and browser details, to serve pages and downloads. Taking the check is separate from asking HOG to contact you.
